The North Perth Fire Department is reminding residents now into the new year so is the change in requirements of carbon monoxide alarms in area homes and residential buildings.
The new regulations mean that CO alarms are now required to be installed adjacent to each sleeping area and on each storey of your home.
Carbon Monoxide is an invisible and odourless threat. You won’t know it’s there, but your CO alarm will.
