Multi Police Force Investigation Results in Almost $200,000 in Drugs Seized

A joint investigation with multiple police forces and a slew of search warrants has resulted in charges against five people.

On January 9th, police executed 5 search warrants at five properties in Woodstock, Tilsonburg, Middlesex, Wallaceburg and London.

The investigation included members of OPP in Perth, Huron, Wellington counties as well as the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB), OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit, London Police Service Emergency Response Unit and the Woodstock Police Service Criminal Intelligence and Drug Enforcement Unit 

Police seized a large amount of suspected fentanyl, cocaine, meth, oxycodone and psilocbin with a value over $194,000.

Police also seized a shotgun with ammo, knives, a stun gun, laptops, cell phones, cash and drug paraphernalia.

The accused all face a variety of drug and weapons charges and all have been held in custody in Woodstock.
