Wellington County OPP have charged a Mount Forest resident and a business after a traffic stop.
On January 27th at around 11:30am OPP noticed a suspicious vehicle on Wellington Road 7 in Centre Wellington when they stopped the driver.
As a result a 55 year old was charged with Failure to have Insurance, Failure to Surrender CVOR certificate and Operating Commercial Motor Vehicle with Load not Secured.
A business has also been charged with Driving with no Validated Permit and Permitting Operation of CMV with Load not Secured. All accused will appear in Guelph court.
