While large parts of the province are expecting a large amount of snowfall, most of the region locally are dodging the storm.
The region of Mitchell and Stratford are among those only expecting to see larger amounts of snow as they are the only region in Perth County with a weather advisory alert.
Schools across Stratford have already pulled the plug of reopening for in person learning for the day.
While anywhere from 5-10cm of snow is expected in the area, other parts of Ontario are bracing for as much as 30cm.
