He had seen friends and relatives pass away suddenly and he knew he had to change his habits in order to ensure a healthier lifestyle.
When the pandemic hit and his usual fitness facilities were closed Harry decided on taking it upon himself to walk 10 thousand steps per day to stay active.
This was over 4 hundred and 75 days.
“So I just thought this was a perfect opportunity to walk a bit more. I can probably do 10 miles per day.”
When all was said and done Harry has walked a distance greater than the distance of across Canada.
He has no plans on stopping and has dedicated to himself to stay active in his as he says winter years.
