The Town of Minto has approved a process and schedule which will see an aggressive push and approval for the municipality’s 2022 budget before Christmas.
Treasurer Gordon Duff, while speaking during a recent council meeting said budget presentations could begin November 23rd with a public open house on December 14th and approval of the budget taking place December 21st.
The 2021 budget for Minto was passed December 15th 2020.
A staff report to council recommended economic recovery from the pandemic be among one of the biggest discussions in the 2022 budget.
