For the 11th year, the Town of Minto is working alongside the Launchit Business Exploration Centre for the PitchIt! Minto Business Plan Competition.
The program is designed to support and help grow small business in Minto.
With the help of community sponsors, over $18,000 in cash and prizes are up for grabs.
Belinda Wick-Graham, Minto’s Director of Economic and Community Development says its great to see previous winners give back to the program.
“Places like Clifford Takeout, when they opened they participated in PitchIt and they’re giving back. The winner gets a pizza party. It’s neat to see other businesses give back and sponsor the competition.” said Graham.
Those interested have until May 15th to get their applications in which can be found from the Town of Minto website.
Finalists in the competition will receive prizing.
