The Town of Minto has launched an employer survey done in partnership with the Workforce Planning Board of Waterloo-Wellington-Dufferin.
The bi-annual report dives deep into the understanding the local workforce and any issues within the industry.
Employers are encouraged to respond to share insights on projected vacancies, hiring plans, challenges and more.
With the results, staff can work on a report and work towards boosting the local labour market and develop strategies to meet workforce and employer needs.
