The Milverton All Wheels Park has officially opened.
On Saturday, Perth East staff, the Optimist Club of Mornington and MPP Matthew Rae were among those at the grand opening where Rae announced a $115,000 of the parks funding was provided through the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
The park provide a space within the community at the Perth East Rec Complex to give youth and adults another avenue to be active.
Perth East Mayor Rhonda Ehgoetz gave thanks to the Optimist Club who spearheaded the initiative to get the project going and worked over the last year to see the park become a reality.
