Green Party Leader and Guelph MPP Mike Schreiner has decided he will not be joining the Liberals in a leadership race.
Various members of the Liberal party including current members of the caucus and candidates signed a public letter urging Schreiner to join the party following Steven Del Duca stepping down last year.
Schreiner says he took time to consult with his Guelph constituents and decided he can best make a positive difference as leader of the Green Party.
