A memorial will be held next week for a Woodstock police dog who died on the line of duty.
Woodstock police were helping Stratford police with an investigation earlier this month when it appeared two police dogs, Taz and Striker had ingested drugs.
Both were taken to a vet where Taz later died with Striker eventually recovering.
A private memorial is being held on August 1st in Woodstock.
Residents are invited to line the road on Finkle Street between Southside Park and the Community Complex to observe the procession.
The service will begin at 11am and will be livestreamed over Facebook.
