Members of the Wingham Golf and Curling Club have voted in favour to sell the club.
Members in a vote of 96 to 19 agreed to the sale for the club which opened in 1950.
It’s expected the last day for the club is this weekend which has been operated under a non profit and volunteer group of community members for many years.
There is hope from members that someone will come and buy the 9 hole course and curling facility and allow it to keep running as it is.
