A public information session is set for tomorrow on the Simmons Bridge Rehabilitation in Drayton.
Wellington County is starting the project at the northwest edge of Drayton starting May 25th and going to late October.
During this work, Wellington Street North will be closed to traffic during construction with northern traffic detoured via Wellington Road 7 to Wellington Road 12.
This work will affect travel across downtown Drayton, access to sports fields and to local businesses on both sides of the bridge.
A public meeting will take place at the PMD Arena going from 6-10pm tomorrow.
Project staff will be able to chat about construction timing, detours, access and how to support the community during construction.
