Mapleton council has adopted its strategic plan for the next three years.
The plan, dubbed “Rooted in tradition, Growing for the future” points towards good governance, inclusivity, innovation and prudent fiscal management.
Parts of the plan include investigating solutions for major infrastructure investment including water and wastewater, ensuring capital planning accommodate growth and development.
Council passed the report and further to commit to implementing the objectives of the plan during day to day duties and decision making.
