One man has a fractured skull and another is facing serious charges following a Sunday morning incident in Hanover.
Police say the incident involving the 2 men, who knew each other, took place at a convenience store.
Officers charged a 28 year old man of no fixed address with 7 offenses including aggravated assault with a weapon, and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
