The Emergency Department at the Louise Marshall Hospital in Mount Forest will see an overnight closure later tonight.
The hospitals ED will close at 7pm tonight, reopening Friday morning at 7am.
The closure is a result of staffing shortages.
Ambulances still remain available during the closure with those needing medical attention to call 911, paramedics will re-route to the nearest open emergency department.
Nearby hospitals from Mount Forest include Palmerston, Durham and Listowel.
