Perth County facility flags will be flying at half mast until June 17th as former Warden and Perth County councilor Meredith Schneider has passed away.
Schneider served for 38 years in North Perth, 18 of them spent as a Perth County councilor and as Warden for 2 years.
Schneider owned and operated a family farm as a resident in the Wallace Ward in North Perth. Schneider was a dedicated member to local agriculture working alongside the Palmerston Agricultural Society, Perth County Beef Farmers and with the Ontario Cattlemen’s Association.
Schneider’s funeral is planned for June 17th.
