The local unemployment rate is now at the lowest its been since 2019 following a minor drop in the rate last month.
The Four County Labour Market Planning Board says the unemployment rate across the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Economic Region dipped 2.4 per cent.
The rate dropped 0.6 per cent last month with the region seeing a gain of 2600 full time job gains with 1400 part time losses.
The provincial unemployment rate was unchanged at 6.9 per cent.
