It took no time at all for residents to get what they’ve been waiting for with stage 2 in effect in Ontario.
Wednesday morning residents stood or with their own chairs sat in line outside First Cut Barber Shop in Listowel.
Barber shops have been closed since the province went into lockdown and stay-at-home orders back in April.
Many barber shops and salons with pre-booking have few to no appointments for the remainder of the week.
