After having been closed since late March, the Obstetrical Department at the Listowel Memorial Hospital will reopen on Monday.
The department closed after 6-8 full time registered nurses in the department went on maternity leave.
As of September 16th the department will be back open for labour and deliveries.
OB staff and physicians have sent their thanks to the community for their patience who have been working to reopen their doors.
