A law firm out of Windsor has been brought in following a Mapleton crash in June which claimed the lives of five children, injuring five others.
Greg Monforton and Partners write the crash is believed to have occurred when an SUV failed to obey a stop sign, striking the victims vehicle.
Among the dead was the SUV driver who passed in hospital.
Managing Partner Joanna Sweet says losing a child is every parent’s worst nightmare, to lose five in one instant is a tragedy beyond words.
Sweet adds the survivors need answers and they are committed to determine exactly how the crash happened.
