The Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund will be making their 198th donation of a defibrillator honouring Kenneth Rea and his family.
The Mounsey Memorial Fund is a non profit which raises funds from various events in the community to honour fallen police, fire, paramedics and military members who were killed in the line of duty.
On March 17th 2011, Kenneth Rea and fellow firefighter Raymond Walter lost their lives while searching a burning building for anyone who might have been trapped inside when part of the building caved in.
This donation comes as part of the reopening of the Atwood Lions Park which will help keep children and those who use the park safe just as Ken did for his community.
