Avon Maitland District School Board Trustees in their recent meeting this month have appointed System Principal Kathy Boyd to the role of Superintendent of Education.
Boyd brings in multiple years of elementary grade teaching across Listowel.
She was Vice-Principal at Listowel Central Public, then becoming Principal at Listowel Eastdale Public and Listowel Central as well as opened and establish North Perth Westfield.
Boyd has served System Principal of Student Support Services since April 2021.
Boyd replaces Superintendent Jeff Bruce and will assume her new role on August 1st.
