It Takes a Village is looking for council support tonight to host their Community Access Market in Livingstone Park for the season.
The market, held in June to October every other Saturday provides affordable, locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables to the community.
The produce was mostly sourced from grower in the Gorrie area and provided at prices marginally above cost.
The Saturday market also provided the Kids Lunch Club with leftover fruits and vegetables which will return again this summer.
