A case of intimate partner violence has resulted in charges against a 29 year old.
On October 19th, Huron County OPP investigated a matter of intimate partners in Huron East.
It was learned the involved suspect committed criminal acts against their partner.
As a result a 29 year old of Central Huron has been charged with Spousal Assault, Domestic Mischief and two counts of Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was held for bail, released from custody and given a future court date in November.
