A 20 year old from Fergus is facing a slew of charges after an insecure load found by police.
On August 16th a Wellington County OPP officer observed a truck pulling a trailer with a load of hay bales which not look properly secured on Campbell road in Nichol Township.
As a result the 20 year old was charged with 12 offences including Overweight Vehicle, Insecure Load, Improper Brakes and Failure to Display Two Plates.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
