A 28 year old is facing an impaired charge who was asleep inside their vehicle.
On Monday at 12:30am, Perth County OPP responded to a traffic complaint of a man who was asleep in a stopped vehicle at the intersection of Perth Line 44 and Perth Road 119.
The driver was showing signs of impairment who was subjected to testing by a drug recognition expert.
The 28 year old man of Mildmay was charged with Operation While Impaired who will appear in court in May.
