Another impaired driving has been arrested after a driver was stopped at a RIDE program in Perth East.
OPP were conducting a RIDE program on January 29th just before 1am on Mill Street East when a vehicle was stop was done.
During investigation it was determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was then arrested and taken in for further testing.
As a result a 33 year old from Perth East was charged with Operation while Impaired Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 plus.
Their license was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for 7. The accused will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
