HPPH updates Covid-19 cases with 29 today

Huron Perth Public Health updated the state of Covid-19 in the region today. They hadn’t been scheduled to resume updates until Monday, January 3rd due to the holiday but posted the update Saturday.

There are 29 new cases of Covid 19 in the region.

In Huron the breakdown is 3 in North Huron, 2 in South Huron and 1 in Central Huron and Huron East.

Perth breaks down to 13 in Stratford, 7 in North Perth and 1 in West Perth and St. Marys.

Active cases sit at 88.

3 LongTerm Care Homes are still in outbreak.

Braemar Retirement Centre in North Huron with 1 staff case.

Exeter Villa with 16 residents and 6 staff cases active.

Hillside Manor with 1 staff case active.

3 Retirement Homes in Outbreak.

Exeter Villa Retirement with 1 resident case.

Livingston Manor in North Perth with 2 resident cases.

Seaforth Manor in Huron East with 1 staff case.
