HPPH is opening these spots for anyone in the community who doesn’t have a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner) and who hasn’t booked with a pharmacy.
They are booked on a first come first serve basis. The upcoming clinics are Monday, November 9th in Seaforth at the Seaforth District Community Centre, Thursday November 12th at the Stratford Army, Navy and Airforce Veterans Building and Thursday as well in Wingham at the Legion.
The clinics run between 2 and 6 pm and are by appointment only.
