While Halloween is still 3 weeks away, its time to start thinking of how you intend to take part. The decision between households across Canada is very mixed.
Huron Perth Public Health is hoping everyone enjoys themselves that will be taking part but also is prepared to treat this Halloween much more differently. Encouraging incorporating a facemask into your or your child’s costume, trick or treating to those within your household, leaving space between other groups and keeping hand sanitizer handy while out and about.
Those that are self isolating should not be handing out treats and keep their lights off. Public Health also encourages a touch less pickup for treats by making a small bag of candy instead of a large bowl to be handing out.
