A Conservation Officer on patrol in the area encountered the suspect with a loaded firearm in his front seat and a deer in the truck bed with an un-notched deer tag.
It was also determined he discharged a firearm in an unsafe direction, with barns and farm lanes a short distance away.
He was convicted of charges relating to discharge of a fire arm across a public right of way, having a loaded firearm in a vehicle and failing to invalidate his deer tag.
He also received $3,050 in fines and a 3-year hunting license suspense and he must attend a hunting education course.
This was a repeat offence having previously being convicted of an office in 2019.
