On October 3rd at around 7:47pm Huron County OPP responded to a call of a vehicle in a ditch on MacDonald Road just north of Exeter.
Officers upon arrival spoke with driver and observed signs the driver was impaired by a drug.
The driver was then placed under arrest and given a test where it was determined the driver was impaired by a drug.
As a result a 35 year old from Exeter has been charged with Operation While Impaired.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in court on November 29th in Goderich.
