How to Have Difficult Discussions on Mental Health with Youth Session on Jan. 17th in Fergus

This month the Grove Wellington Guelph has partnered with CMHA Waterloo Wellington to provide a comprehensive session for parents on how to have difficult conversations with you about mental health.

The session is being hosted at the Grove Fergus site at 900 Tower Street South and runs on Tuesday, January 17^th from 7 to 8:30 pm.

It will also be available virtually.

Meghan Mills, Youth Engagement & Education Coordinator on the Mental Health & Promotional Team at CMHA Waterloo Wellington will be speaking at the session.
