Home prices dropped last month with an increase of sales across the region.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors say 146 homes were sold last month, a gain of 22.7 per cent from August 2023.
On a year to date basis a total of 1125 homes have been sold, up 3 per cent from the same time in 2023.
The benchmark price of a home was up only 1 per cent at $585,100 with the average price of a home sold last month being $631,100.
As far as new listings, a decline of 6.4 per cent was seen with 234 new listings for August.
