Home sales and prices were down slightly across Huron-Perth in the last month.
According to stats from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors, 214 homes were sold last month, a decline of 14.1 per cent from May 2021.
On a year to date basis over the first five months, home sales totaled 883 units, a drop of 9.2 per cent from the same time period last year.
The benchmark price of a single family home for May was $652,400 a leap of 23.3 per cent on a year over year basis.
The average price of a home sold for last month was $685,082, up 10.7 per cent from the same time last year.
The price however is down from the $737,576 from April this year.
There were 389 new listings in May.
