Hospice Wellington is partnering up with various local businesses to offer Caregiver Coffee Conversations.
The group offers caregivers a break from the emotional and physical demands of caring for a family member of friend.
The group is a welcoming and supportive environment which allows caregivers to share experiences, hear from others and explore strategies for self care.
Starting September 9th and meeting every other Friday from 1:30-2:30pm at Cafe at the Old Post in Harriston.
