The Town of Hanover is honouring Don Tedford on Thursday morning with an Honour Guard ceremony.
Tedford, who was running for mayor for South Bruce Peninsula passed away last weekend who’s roots were driven deep into the town.
The procession led by Hanover Police and the Hanover Fire Department begins on 10th street.
The Honour Guard will be transported by Mighton Funeral Home past the Civic Centre, turning into the clocktower parking lot, pausing then make its way to Owen Sound.
The gathering will start on 10th street at 8:25am.
