House sales dropped sharply in February according to numbers from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors.
Home sold was limited to just 94 units last month, down 25.4 per cent from the same time last year.
On a year to date basis sales totaled 185 units marking another sharp decrease of 23.2 per cent from 2022.
The benchmark price of a home was set at $537,300 with the average price of a home going for $594,032.
The number of new listings was up however with 200 new residential listings last month.
This was the largest number of new listings in February in more than 5 years.
