Hensall Co-Op announces Recipients of Bright Futures Post Secondary Scholarship

The Board of Directors of Hensall Co-Op announced the three recipients of their 2^nd Annual Hensall Co-Op Bright Futures Scholarships today.

The recipients are:

• Jennifer Barclay from Lambton Shores, who is enrolled at Western in the Bachelor of Medical Sciences
• Shawna Terpstra from Huron East, is attending the University of Guelph for a Bachelor of Commerce with Food & Agriculture Business Co-Op
• Ericka Van Dongen from Comber, Ontario, who is working towards an Associate Diploma in Agriculture from the Ridgetown Campus of the University of Guelph.

The post-secondary scholarship provides $2,500 to students entering their first year of post-secondary education with a career interest in agriculture, or a field or trade that will advance rural communities or economies.
