The Town of Hanover is under a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory.
The advisory comes due to an adverse water test result at the water treatment plant.
This applies to all residents and consumers using water provided by the Town of Hanover water supply system.
Water for drinking or cooking should be heated to a rolling boil for 1 minute before use or use an alternative water source such as bottled water.
Residents will be notified when the boil advisory is lifted.
