Halloween Will Not Be Cancelled in Ontario

Celebrating Halloween is a tough decision to make this year with the on-going pandemic. Premier Doug Ford said he will not be canceling Halloween but did ask children living in hotspots not to go door to door trick or treating.

Between Perth and Wellington County numbers remain low and the risk during Halloween is low but precautions are still being asked to be taken. This includes wearing a mask, staying with those in your household, keeping your distance from other groups, keeping hand sanitizer handy as well as handing out treats in small bags instead of one large bowl to give out.

Anyone hosting a Halloween party is reminded that gathering limits are capped at 10 indoors and 25 outdoors.
