The Groves Memorial Hospital Foundation has received a donour match, issuing the community to get out and support the hospital up until the end of the year.
An anonymous donour has pledged to match all donations made to the hospital until December 31st up to a max of $300,000.
The Groves Hospital Foundation set a goal this year for funding reaching $2.7 million for infrastructure repairs and upgrades as well as technological tools and the replacement of equipment items across the hospital.
Foundation Board Chair, Dr. Keegan Quadros says with the rising costs of equipment and technology, this donation match will go a long way to helping them meet the needs of the GMCH this year.
