Students in Huron-Perth and Wellington County will remain at home for virtual learning but looking out the window to neighbouring Grey-Bruce is a different story.
School buses are running as in person instruction starts up again in the Grey-Bruce region. Extra measures are now being taken such as having students in grades 1-3 wear a mask on the bus and in school, students asked not to gather before school and a wider expansion of testing on students and staff.
Schools in Huron-Perth and Wellington are not set to reopen until early next month though continued online learning could be extended by the government if deemed necessary.
