Grey Bruce Public Health is urging drug users in the region to do safely after a report of a suspect fatal drug overdose.
Officials say the victim was in their mid-30’s.
The health unit has already issued three opioid alerts this month, each after a series of overdoses in a short time span.
The health unit adds they are closely monitoring the string of recent overdoses in the community.
The health unit is also urging those to get their own Naloxone kit which is free and can be lifesaving in a time of need.
