The Health Unit is working with the Bluewater District School Board and they suspect the outbreak provides evidence of transmission from person to person.
They are undertaking additional testing to determine the exact cause. One bus route was involved with the suspect outbreak.
Those involved with the outbreak as possible case contacts have been contacted directly by the Grey Bruce Health Unit Case and Contact Management Team.
They are working with those impacted, the school along with the School Board and Transportation company and have identified possible exposures both in and outside of the school setting.
There is no testing required for those attending the school if they haven’t received a call from Public Health.
