A Toronto man is facing charges after an attempted identify theft in Mount Forest.
On October 28th at around 1:15pm, Wellington County OPP received a report from a bank saying the suspect was trying to use false documents to open a bank account.
The man was arrested with the 52 year old charged with Fraud Over $5000, four counts of Possession of a Forged Document with Intent, Obstructing an Officer and Personation with Intent.
The accused will appear in court in December.
