3 towns have been issued fourth quarter payments from OLG as part of their municipal contribution agreement.
In Central Huron, $143,511 was issued for Gateway Casinos Clinton, Hanover received $308,918 for Playtime Casino Hanover and Centre Wellington saw $625,608 be given for Elements Casino Grand River.
In the last fiscal year, Centre Wellington saw $3 million for hosting their casino, Central Huron has received $625,608 with Hanover being issued $1.3 million.
The payments to host communities are based on a formula consistently applied across all gaming sites in Ontario using a graduated scale of gaming revenue at the hosted site.
