Ford Government Unveils Newest COVID-19 Projection

Progress is slow but gearing towards the positive side of things when it comes to battling COVID-19 in Ontario, according to provincial health officials with new modelling being released.

Daily caseloads in Ontario project to be between 800-1200 with the average age of infections being over the age of 40. “Super spreader” events still have a threat to cause cases to vastly increase.

While the progress might be slow with numbers still being high, Dr. Adalsteinn Brown, Co-Chair of the Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table says the province is getting away from the worst case scenario.
