The Town of Minto is reminding residents in need of food pantries available to them in each library branch.
The DEI Committee says Palmerston, Harriston and Clifford offer these pantries on a leave what you can, take what you need basis, creating a simple and dignified way for neighbours to support one another.
Residents who are able to donate are welcome to do so with non perishable food items to help keep the shelves stocked.
Food pantries are available during regular library hours and open to anyone who needs extra support.
